Where do we ship?
Everywhere! UpDecade ships worldwide, so wherever you are, a piece of your childhood can find you.

Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from our partner warehouses in Hong Kong.

How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) and ship the next business day. We don't ship on weekends or holidays, and during big sales and holiday seasons, processing may take a little longer.

How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us and you'll get a full refund.

Customs and taxes
Depending on your country, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes when your package arrives. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are set by your country, not by us.
